GGN

Hello!

This morning we went to a place outside Visby to look at GGN. It´s a big race for motocross and they are driving mostly in mud so it´s kind of fun tpo watch. Especially when they´re falling in the biggest puddle :P Hehe! I´ll show you pictures tomorrow.

Now I´m getting ready to go to a friend and watch movies. It´s going to be scary movies, kind of Halloween theme I guess. I don´t like scary movies so we´ll see if I´m alive later on! Hopefully I´ll see you later!

Mattias and the capitol

Hello again :)

We´re getting ready to go soon but I wanted to show you two pics I found. They are from when my family visited me in the US and we were in DC one day.

My little brother Mattias was very amazed by all the memorials and
monuments and on this pic he is very excited to touch the Capitol!

As I told you before I´ve been doing my best to do nothing for about two hours. I did succeed pretty good. I´ve been drinking some more coffee, read some in my photography book and now I´ve been sitting in front of the computer for an hour playing a game :P Haha!

At least I have some plans for the next couple of days, well, tomorrow is going to be a busy day. First it´s GGN, then birthday celebration for my uncle, then singing with the choir. Sunday, eh, nothing again :P But Monday I´m going to see and old friend from High School. That´s going to be really great, I´ve missed him and haven´t seen him for over a year. Crazy, but it´s going to be awesome to see him again. Tuesday, woops, nothing! And on Wednesday I´m going to meet the lady that´s going to decide if I can be a substitute teacher or not. Good luck to me!

Okay, I´m going to stop now, feels like I´m getting a little too excited over nothing. Maybe I´ll write when we get back tonight.

Finally Friday

Hello!

Really bad update today, I know, but my inspiration is no where to be found. I did absolutely nothing this morning even though I woke up around 8.30. Hm? After lunch I dragged myself to change and then went to Visby for a coffee with my aunt, her boyfriend and their beautiful little child, my cute cousin. She is just adoreable and she likes me :) Haha, that´s good, right?

Now I´m home and I´m planning to do nothing over the next few hours. This evening we´re going for a dinner at my aunts house as I wrote yesterday. But that´s not until 7 so I have 3 hours to do nothing, I´m so looking forward to that! Haha :P

Right now I´m going to drink some more coffe, kind of like the 7th cup of the day. I wonder how my body likes that?

Lazy Thursday

Hello!

Haven´t been active at all today. As I told you this morning I was planning on a walk, but it turned out to be nothing. Instead I spent the morning looking at Facebook and then reading my photo books that I borrowed yesterday. At least that was very interesting and I learned a lot of new things about exposure.

The rest of the day has been kind of boring. I went to Visby around 4 for a meeting and then we went home and made dinner. Now I´ve been watching the "Pink ribbon" gala on TV. For some reason I´m really tired tonight. It´s weird since I didn´t do anything active today, haha :P

Tomorrow I might go to Visby to see my gorgeous cousin and in the evening we´re going to my cousins house for dinner! It´s actually all of my relatives on dad´s side that are coming so that´s going to be really nice to see everybody together again :)

Today is just anther boring day for me, don´t really have any plans besides going to Visby later for a meeting. But at least I´m planning to eat breakfast soon and then take a walk. I really need that today. Maybe if I´m feeling like it, my camera will join too. Maybe, if it´s nice, haha :P

Yesterday Maria came over for dinner and then we we´re talking and looking at old pictures together. It was nice :)

I just wish it could be some sun out so the light wouldnt be all cloudy, just a tiny little bit of sun, is that to much to ask?!

Out photographing

Hello!

Turned out to be a pretty good day today too :) The morning was pretty boring, but then I had lunch with mom and she said that I should go to the library and get some books so I had something to do. Okay, I thought, that did sound like a good idea. So I went to the library to see if they had any good books in English, which they of course didn´t. Just my luck. So insted I borrowed two books about photogrophy and I figured I can learn some more. It´s fun and interesting.

When I came home I went to the store and bought some stuff for dinner and then I took a walk with my camera to see if I could get any good shots. The light looked good, but I was a little to slow so I didn´t catch the best time, but I got some good ones anyway!

What to do today?

Good morning!

I´m awake today too, but I have no idea what to do today. I don´t feel like doing anything and there is really nothing that I have to do. Booooring. I´m going to force myself to take a walk though. Feel like I need to move a little, haha :P

Anyway, a thing that really warmed my heart today was the fact that when I logged on to Facebook today and I saw that I have an awesome family in the US and awesome friends all over the world. Even though it felt like a crappy day I had a smile on my face the first thing! Sometimes life is good :)

My 20th birthday

I have one last picture for you today that I just found browsing through photoshop. It´s from my birthday this year that I celebrated in the states with my American family!

I don´t think I´ve ever looked closely at this picture before. But now I realize that I have my head turned the other way, and what is little D doing then. He´s poking the cake, what a little sneaky kid. He loves doing just that, poke the cakes! Oh, I hope he´s going to laugh at this when he gets older :P

Halloween soon

Sitting here browsing through pictures from Halloween last year. I had been in the US for almost two months and I remember that Halloween was a bit weird, but a lot of fun too! I´ll upload some pics from that to show you :)

A new phone

Hello!

I and Mattias met up in Visby and I bought a phone and he bought new shoes. Then we went home and brought a pizza that we split :)

So I bought the blue Sony I´ve been looking at. Hoping that is a good one! The best thing was that I didn´t have to pay anything. I just signed up for it and then walked out with the phone. Don´t you love when you can shop for free? :P At least for a little while until you get the bill, haha!

Cleaing the house?

Hello!

I´m right in the middle of cleaning the bathroom with all of it´s dirt :P
Seriously, I have some questions for my parents when they get home. This is what I found!

Just one question for this, why do they have 20 toothbrushes under the zink? They all look kind of used to me, hm :S Should I be worried?

This morning I also clean our cleaning closet. Where we keep all the cleaning stuff. I seriously don´t think it has been cleaned for a long time.

All this stuff I found in the closet, doesn´t seem like cleaning stuff to me!

This is really old, crappy stuff that was under the zink in the bathroom too.
Today I´m saying, byebye!!

Sunday, the last day of the week

Hello!

Now it´s Sunday and tomorrow a new week begins. It means that my brother Mattias won´t be home, he has to go to school, haha :P This past week he had a break so he´s been home for a couple of days, lucky him! This also means that I have the house for myself tomorrow, nobodys´s home :) That will be kind of nice. I´m planning on doing some cleaning for my mom though, make her happy! And of course, as I´ve been bugging, buying a phone. That´s probably the most exciting thing about tomorrow, haha! What a life I have.

Today´s been all about pictures again. I and Mattias went to Visby for like two hours but besides that I´ve been sitting if front of the computer editing and fixing with my pics. I started to make a slide show with the pics from the trip. Don´t really have a reason, but since I have a lot of time I figured, why not?

Anyways, I found some old pictures from when my grandma turned 60. We all went bowling and had a great day together. It was a couple of years ago, don´t know exactly now. Anyway, that was a great day with the whole family :)

One extra hour

Goodmorning!

I slept so good tonight. Feel more rested than I´ve done in a long time. I guess it depends on the fact that we set our clocks to winter time again this night. So we got an extra hour of sleep! yey :)
Don´t have any special plans for today. Maybe I´ll go for a walk, or I and Mattias are going to Visby maybe. We´ll see!

I´m feeling much better today so I guess I´ll have a better day than yesterday! :D

Another day has gone by

Hello!

I´m going to bed in a minute, but I wanted to upload a picture first and just say hi. This hasn´t been my most cheerful day and I´ve had not motivation at all. It feels better now though. I talked to my American family earlier today and then in the evening I met some old friends and that was really nice!
Tomorrow I and Mattias are home alone, so we´re going to do something fun I guess and on Mondat I´m planning buying a cellphone! Yey! I think I already told you that though, hm :P

Running in the morning

Hello!

When I woke up I felt so weird. Like I was sad and angry about the things I´d been dreaming about. I was dreaming really weird tonihgt, a lot of old memories came up. So I decided I should get out running to clean my head out a little. It was nice getting out in the fresh air even though it didn´t really take my thoughts away.
Today I have a few things to do. I´m meeting up with an old friend later on and I´m thinking about buying a new cellphone for my no money! Maybe they will give me one for free, haha :P

The summer of 04

Hi there!

We´re back from Visby and when we came home the best mommy had made rolls. In sweden we call it "bullar", seriously, mommy´s are the best ones. So we had that with coffeee, yummie :)

Now I´ve been looking through old pictures from the summer of 04 and winter of 05. During the summer I went to a confirmation camp, which was really fun. During the winter I went to a skii camp with a bunch of friends from the other camp. It was so cool looking at those old pictures again, it was such a long time ago!
RIght now I´m transfering old things from my old computer to this new one. Haha, there is a lot of old crap on that one, but it´s fun to look through :)

Hello!

Today I´ve done nothing so far, I eat some breakfast, took a shower. But does that even count. Anyways, I´m actually going to Visby today to go to the bank and then do some shopping for my mom. Not that interesting but at least I have something to do. Tonight we´re planning on a movie night, first Idol and then there was a movie on TV that we wanted to watch. Hopefully it´s something good.

I have to tell you something cute. This morning when I checked facebook I had a new email. It was from my family´s new aupair and it said: This is for you from little D. And then there was a picture of Little D making a kiss in the air. Isn´t he the cutest thing! God I miss him and his little loves. But it was so cute and totally made my day, or morning at least!

Whew, I´m feeling pretty good right now! I just cleaned the inside of my car. When I came home I was in chock because it was so dirty and it took me two weeks to do something about it. Now it´s clean and all shiny! I like that!

When I looked out of my window I saw the clouds again, and it has definitely been raining during the night. Ahh, I´m so tired of this, I want some sun! Hopefully it wont raing too much so that I can clean my car. I´ve said I would do it since the day I came home and now it´s been two weeks, haha. I better do it!

Boredom

Hi there!

I´m soooo bored. I have no idea what to do. I know I should go to bed right now instead of just waisting time in front of the computer. But there is a little voice in my head saying: The longer you stay up tonight the longer you will sleep tomorrow. What is wrong with my head? That little voice should not be talking at all. I went up early this morning so I´ll sleep long anyways. Right?

Early morning and baby cousin

Hi there :)

I´ve actually been a little bit busy today so that´s why there haven´t been any updates here.
This morning my computer decided that it wanted a update or something which took like an hour or two so I gave up my blogging.
Anyway, I took Elin´s advice and went up at 7 this morning to get out and shoot. I went to one of my favorite places pretty close to our house and got some nice shots, not sure, I haven´t looked through the pictures yet, but I hope so.

After that I went home and baked some scones for me and my mommy! It was really nice to sit down and have a breakfast like that, and she was really happy :)
At lunch time I went to Visby and visited my aunt and baby cousin! She is seriously sooo cute, a really nice girl with a pretty laugh. We had lunch, took a walk and then had some "mellis". Like a snack :P

When I was driving to Visby today I realized how dead this island is. On my way I met around 5 cars, and I was driving for 15 minutes. I know everybody was at work and so on, but still. If I drove in the US for 15 minutes in the middle of the night I would meet a lot more cars. It´s so boring to drive here, and there is only one lane which makes me all confused, haha!

A choir

Hi there!

Tonight I went to the choir my mom is singing in and tried it out. It was pretty nice to sing again, even though some of the songs were a little slooow. But, in a while there will be more gospel she said, which is what I like the most :) So hopefully that will come soon, but I think I´ll keep singing there! Then I have something to do with all of my time, like that!

I´m thinking about doing like Elin tomorrow, get up early and go out and shoot some pictures. But then I´ll have to be up around like 6.45. Hm, that is really early. On the other hand, it´s worth it, and I talked about doing scones tomorrow and then it´ll be perfect. I can get up early and do that and still eat breakfast on a normal time, haha! I should definitely do that :) If it´s not raining, and if I´m not too tired :P

Don´t know what I´m going to do now, I´m a little bored. Maybe watch some TV or play some with Photoshop, hm!

I feel full of energy today. It´s a good day today! So right now I´m going to clean the house a little bit. At least vacuum and pick up old stuff. It´s really needed, haha :P

Goodmorning sunshine

Hello!!

O yes, I wish it could be sunshine outside, but it´s just cloduy. At least it´s not raining for the moment, but I guess it will come during the day.
This morning I woke up and felt so good and full of motivation. Then I thought, maybe I should go for a run and use all of my energy so I can be lazy the rest of the day. So I did! It was good to come out and get some fresh air the first thing and now I´m going to eat breakfast, drink some coffee (I know it´s bad) and then take a shower.

I finished my book yesterday so this is the last time I´m going to talk about it. But omg it´s so good. I just wanted to read another one right away. To bad that was the last one. But Stieg Larsson really made a success with these books. What I think is really cool too is that they are so popular in the US too, so all of my US readers! Read the books by Stieg Larsson, they are amazing! And of course all of my other readers too, haha :P

Roses

Hi there!!

I´m wide awake this evening and it´s my own fault. I was reading my book before and felt like I needed something to snack on, but instead of taking something to eat I made myself some coffee. I ended up drinking three cups, maybe not the smartest decision of the day, when it´s 8 a clock at night. Well, I´ll see if I can keep myself busy until I get tired. I still have a few pages left in my book.
I know I´m obsessed with that book right now, but... I am. It is so good, I just can´t put aside. Right now I was just to curious to see if there was any news on Facebook and then I started looking around but I really just want to crawl down in my bed with my book. Haha :P

Well, anyway, I found two pictures that was taken the summer of 07 that I really like. They are so peaceful and dreaming in some way. I hope you like them too!

Walk with my dog

Hello :)

I´m feeling much better now. I bought some new medicin to take and it made me feel much better. Hopefully I´ll get some sleep tonight!
I´ve just been out on a walk with my dog, I figured some fresh air would do me good and walked for thirty minutes, it was great.
The only thing I´ve been doing today is to read my book. It is soooo good and I don´t want to stop. I think I´m going back to it in just a litte bit, haha, I´m so stuck. Maybe I´ll finish it tonight, depends on how tired I am I guess.

Well, I don´t know what else to write right now. I´ll be back later!

Headache

Goodmorning.

I´ve had a really bad headache all night. Just wish I could sleep some more but I can´t. Now I´m going to read my book on the couch and hope that the medicin will make it better.

Stargazing

Hello :)

I´ve been reading my book, it is soooo good! Then we had dinner, and now we´ve been watching "Vem kan slå Filip och Fredrik" which means "Who can beat Filip and Fredrik". They are two comedians, and I love them. Haha :P They are really good!

Then I took a walk with my dog and I saw all the stars in the sky and it reminded me of when we did stargazing in California. I learned some new ones over there that I could proudly point out for my mom tonight. It was really nice out, so quiet and peaceful, almost like Yosemite National Park in the middle of the night :)

Now, I´m going to write a little bit and then go to bed and continue to read my book! Tomorrow I´m hoping for good weather so that I can clean my car and then maybe go for a run or something.

Hi there!
I found two more pictures that I just have to show you, I absolutely love these ones! It was such a beautiful place along the beach there.

We just ate some dinner, something that was supposed to have a Hawaiian taste, don´t know if it had, but it was really good :) Now I´m going to watch some TV and read some more in my book! I love the third book of the Millenium serie, it´s soooo good!!

Btw, I got to see my kids today on the cam. Gorgeous they are as always!! Miss them.
