Wathching Hip Hop Harry right now with Big D. Haha, it´s kind of funny actually :P Sometimes I´m dancing ugly so Big D get to laugh a little, haha. She loves that for some reason!
Yesterday night we went to Cheesecake Factory with Aimi since she is leaving us Tuesday. Tonight is gonna be the last time we see her since she is going away over the weekend. So sad that she has to leave. But it was nice to have dinner with her yesterday :D

Wednesday
Half of the week gone, just like that. Today´s been kind of boring. It´s raining outside and we can´t do anything. The kids don´t even want to watch TV, what´s wrong with them, haha :P
I´m gonna take Big D to her gym class soon and after that I´ll probably do some workout if I have time and then Cheesecake Factory with Aimi and her friends. She´s leaving us :( Going back to Australia, gonna miss you!
Big D is making a puzzle right now and little D is playing computer games. They are just driving me crazy, I guess I´m just tired after today, but Big D can´t stop asking for stuff and she is so annyoing. She can be the sweetest girl and I love her, but sometimes she is just making me wanna scream and yell!!
I haven´t been eating any sweets in 9 days now, aren´t you proud of me? I feel so good and it´s getting easier and easier all the time. I´m not craving for sugar anymore and I enjoy my coffee instead, haha :P At the same time, I can´t wait until I get some candy to eat when Elin comes back.
Btw, Maria is back, she came yesterday and I think I get to see her tonight! :D Yeay!! Missed my girl.

Tuesday
Just got home from my college class aboutAmerican Culture. Actually kind of interesting tonight even though the teacher is always kind of confused and funny. But at least she is nice.
Today has been a looong day, Little D had school in the morning, then Big D had school after him. Little D was sleeping for an hour so I could watch Heroes. Thanks Little D! :D After Big D came home from school we went outside in the really hot weather (around 90 F again) and played with out car, ball and just running around like kids usually do. I was mostly sitting in the shadow hiding though :P When I couldn´t stand the heat any longer and Little D´s face was all red we went inside, took it easy and than we had pizza for dinner. Around a quarter to six I realize I have to leave for my class in about 30 minutes. Called my hostmom and she said: Take the van and leave, haha! So I took a shower and left the kids with grandma. A little stressed but I got there in time and everybody was happy. It´s gonna be a long day tomorrow too, but I´m gonna go see Big D´s gymnastics class and she was so happy when I told her that. :)
Oh, that got long, hope you didn´t get bored. I´ll write more tomorrow!
Btw, good job mom with the cam, it was nice seeing you and little Figo today!! Miss you <3

The weekend is over, again... Goes so fast, but this has been a good weekend though. Yesterday was so nice and today I slept long and then I and Demet went to Charlestown for some gambling and meeting up with Justice´s family. I spent 45 dollars, haha. At one time, I actually had 75 dollars but then it went away so quickly. But it was fun and since I´d never done it before I though it was okay. We came home pretty early, around four and hung out in the backyard with the kids and neighbors. It´s been another lovely day with around 90 F outside. I enjoyed myself inside too, where it was not to hot :P
I´m pretty tired so I´m gonna try to get sleep very soon, maybe one or two FreeCell first. Goodnight!

Okay, so today was my college class again the first thing in the morning. It was okay after I had my coffee. The teacher is a little weird and confused but that makes her a little funny too, so you can laugh :P
I went home and made some lunch for myself so that I didn´t had to pay for it. Then I went right back to Leesburg and met Julia H in Landsdown and we were hanging out there until Julia and Borre was done with their walking/running and we decided to go tot Great Falls this beautiful day. On our was their the thermometer in the car showed 99 F outside, that´s crazy. It´s only April! It was so hot, we couldn´t barely be outside.
We came to Great Falls, we were walking around for a bit, taking pictures and looked at the falls. On one of the trails suddenly I see something move fast right across it. I start screaming really loud and I only hear my own voice. People look at me and they all laugh :P It was a growse little snake. I just hate them, I don´t understand how I´m gonna be able to live with that over here. Why can´t there be no snakes, like Sweden?
We left Great Falls.
Next stop was to pick up a new Swedish girl that lives in Vienna. Sandra, she is very nice. Then straight to Cheesecake Factory for dinner. I ate a really good pasta Carbonara and no Cheesecake. Remember my no sweets thing. It´s going really well actually. I was very proud when I didn´t eat the cheesecake, it wasn´t even hard.
After we´ve been to the mall for a while too, we went home to Borre and played Pictionary the rest of the night. I, Julia and Julia won! Yeah, great job girls :D
Now I´m gonna sleep and tomorrow I and my hostmom will go to Charleston and meet up with my hostdads family for some birthday celebration :D

Friday - Gooebye Elin
Elin, I miss you already!
So today was good, after Big D came home from school we went outside for one and a half hour, they refused to go inside so I had to get mad at them :( But we had a good time. I was so tired after work but somehow Elin made me run 3 miles when I came to her house. Well, I walked a little bit, but not to long, we did a good job. Then it was time to say byebye to Elin, she was going home to Sweden. She is actually going on the plane in one hour. I didn´t think it was going to be hard because she is coming back in three weeks. But when I saw her kids cry and especially her little one cried so hard, my heart broke. It was soo sad. And Elin, when I drove home, I couldn´t hold my tears back. Haha, it felt so empty already without you. The first thing I wanted to was call you, but I couldn´t :(
Well, I´m gonna stop cry now, she´s coming back and I´m gonna see her again. Have a good time in Sweden my friend :D Enjoy it all! See you when you get back!
Now I´m sitting on the couch, finished the Biggest Loser and I´m eating yummy grapes! Tomorrow it´s time for my class at 9, early morning :( But tomorrow night it will be Cheescake Factory with Julia, Julia and Borrde and maybe some more. Looking forward to that!

Thursday
Another day just passing by, time go to quickly, tomorrow Elin is going :( I´m gonna miss you girl, but at least she is coming back.
It´s been kind of a long day, it was okay though. Little D had school in the morning which always makes it a little easier. Then he took a nap after lunch so I could watch Biggest Loser, didn´t get to finish it though. :S When Big D came home from school we went outside for an hour, riding bikes and Big D´s car that she loooves :P Little D even rode his bike with only two wheels, he is so good for a four year old. Im so proud of him.
After work I did some work out in the basement and then I went for a run. I did´nt run the whole time, I did some walking too, but it felt good. It was nice running outside for a change and the sun was shining on my head :P
Soon I´m gonna head of to Friday´s for quiz and hanging with my friends :D Have a good night!

Wednesday
Just a regular Wednesday, I don´t understand why I´m so tired though, it´s really frustrating. I had my college yesterday, but I came home at 10 and I slept before 11, I shouldn´t be this tired. What I´m gonna do though is I´m going to the gym soon!! Then I´ll meet Elin and some other people at Fridays. Tomorrow it´s Elin´s last night here :(
Today little D got a big box with the mail and he was so excited. When we opened it, it was a birthday present from an old aupair. He got some cartrack, but the funny part is that he was more excited over the big box than the acutal present :P He played with the box the whole afternoon until Big D came home and wanted to play with it too :P
I´m gonna talk to dad now and then go to the gym!

Happy Birthday little D!!! Little D turned four years old today and he was so excited. When I woke him this morning he was very lazy, which he always is, but I whispered in his ear: Little D, it´s your birthday, and immediately he opened his eyes and smiled at me. Ahh, he is so adorable, the cutest little thing. He went to school and me and Big D came over later and we brought a cake and had a little party for him at school. Everybody loved the cake and little D was so happy with all the attention. After he finished his cake he said: Hey, everybody, you need to say Thank You to Magdalena for bringing the cake to us, Thank you Magdalena! That was just the sweetest thing :)
Tonight was my class at Potomac Falls High School and it was more boring than the last time. The poeple aren´t as funny as in the other class and it´s feels harder too, it´s more homework to do, ahh.
No, gotta go to sleep soon if I ever wanna wake up tomorrow, this morning was soo hard. My body was screaming when I left the bed. Today I didn´t do any work out at least so my should be fine by the morning, I don´t know about my head though, haha!

Monday - a big decision
My last personal trainer session today. It was a really good work out and I think I´m ready to do it all by myself now. But I really need to start eat good if I´m gonna se any result. So Aimi and Elin expecially, listen up. I´m gonna cut out sweets! And this time I mean all sweets. Almost four weeks it´s gonna be. Until Elin comes back with Swedish candy, haha :P
No, but serious, until then, there will be no sweets and that is chips, popcorn, cookies, cakes, candy and all that kind of stuff.
I don´t think I´m ready for Elin´s diet yet so I´m gonna do this. It´s not very long I know, but at least it´s a start right?

Monday
I want Swedish candy!!!!
I was looking up what I want Elin to buy me while she is in Sweden and I miss Swedish candy soo much! Give it to me :P Haha! Well, I´ll see if she wants to buy all that I want, it´s a lot, haha! But I can´t wait until she is coming back, and she didn´t even leave yet. She leaves on Friday and she´s coming back May 15. I´m going to miss her while she´s gone.
Little D is napping right now so I´m gonna write my homework til tomorrow. It´s about Swedish culture, compared to the American culture. It´s only one page so it shouldn´t be to hard, but we´ll see.

Sunday
This has been the easiest Sunday in a long time actually. I woke up around 10 and got some breakfast while I was watching Friends :D Then I was just being lazy in front of the computer trying to understand some more about culture. I have to write a short paper til Tuesday about Swedish Culture and values and first I though it was gonna be easy but it´s not. But now I know what I´m gonna write about at least.
Around 1 I decided to leave the house for a while, went to Target and bought a B-day present for little D, his birthday is on Tuesday. I also bought a top for myself. Next stop was Wal-Mart where I bought a new iPod, a shuffle this time. I see it as a little reward to myself for working out so good for guite a long time now. It´s blue and very cute :P Haha!
Then I went to the gym, of course ;) Though I couldn´t use my new iPod since it wasn´t charged I did a very good work out. About 30 minutes strength and 20 minutes cardio after that. It felt good, and the fact that I´ve actually worked out 6 days this week make me feel good about myself!

Saturday night and I´m sitting on our couch and I´m super warm. It´s been like 80 degrees today, but it has been so nice!
I was in my class this morning, I think it´s going to be good. The people were nice and we had fun and we were talking a lot :P
Then I was working so I and the kids went to the pool for an hour and the kids were so great. I was the luckiest aupair ever. We also went to Dunkin Donut´s for some ice cream and coffee. Well, I had coffee, not the kids. When we came home we, of course, went outside and played with the neighborhood kids. They were all having so much fun. It was hard to get them in, but now they´re in and Demet is home so we´re just gonna have a lazy evening, maybe watch a movie.
Tomorrow I don´t actually have any plans, my friends are all gone on things and it seems like my family are going to see some babies or something. Maybe I´m gonna take the time and be alone in the house for once, it´s so nice when it´s quiet and no kids running :P Haha! We´ll see.

Friday, woho :D
I know that I haven´t been updating the blog very good this week, but I didn´t know what to write about. There is a lot going on in my mind right now, I can´t stop thinking about if I should extend or not, and if I do, should I stay in my family or move somewhere else. Right now, I´m not ready to leave my kids, but it´s still five months left and I really think I would like seeing someplace else during my time here. I´m thinking so much about going to California for a second year now, to see a new place and create one more new life. But I don´t know, it´s so hard imagine leaving these kids too. I don´t know what I´m going to do without them. At the same time, would I enjoy to spend a whole other year doing the exact same thing. I think I need some change if I´m going to enjoy my time here. I don´t want to be bored. Well, enough talked about that, I don´t wanna bore you, haha :P
Now I´m gonna study a while, then go to the gym and then meet Julia for some shopping and Dulles Town Center! She´s looking for a dress for the prom she´s going to tomorrow. I´m gonna see if I can find something nice, not for that prom though, cause I´m not going. Now to my books!

My head is pounding too hard right now. It hurts bad and two pills didn´t make any difference :S I wanna go to the gym later but I don´t know how if I feel like this. It´s like a bad migraine.

A new week. A whole week, haha!
Today was good, the last day that the kids were off from school. We spent the morning making some mosaic frames with Tinkerbell and Spongebob that they got from Easterbunny. It was nice and it turned out really good :D
The afternoon we spent in Waterford with Elin and her kids. We played at the playground the have by their school in Waterford. All the kids loved it and they blew bubbles and rode their bikes and were just having fun. It´s gonna be fun during the summer when we can go to the park every day!
Otherwise I´ve been feeling tired today and a little, I don´t know, not sad, but something feels weird. Don´t know what it is, maybe I miss mom a little bit :S
But I think It´ll be better tomorrow, for some reason, if I admit to myself that I´m homesick I´ll be very homesick. But if I believe that I´m strong I am. Sometimes I wish I would just admit to myself that I´m scared and that´s something is wrong. Well, we´ll se what I´m going to do. There´s a lot to think about right now.
Now I´m gonna go to bed, sleep tight!

The kids woke me up at 8 a clock with a scream that the Easter bunny had visit our house and left a lot of stuff :P They were so excited and couldn´t wait to see everything. They sure got a lot of things, tons of candy and games and toys. We played the new board game: Mouse trap a while ago. It was acutally pretty fun but they had to be patient which was a little hard, haha!
Soon we´re gonna have a Easter dinner and then I and Dilara will go to the movies and watch Hannah Montana!

Happy Easter everybody!! It´s so weird that it´s Easter. It sure doesn´t feel like it. Nothing feels the same when you don´t do it the same way you´re used to.
Today I went to Leesburg and met Julia. We ended up at a lot of places. The post office, the bank, Target, Ruby Tuesday, Kohl´s and Starbucks and last Julia´s room where we looked at lots and lots of pictures. Laughing, talking and having fun :D The only funny thing I bought was a new pair of sunglasses again, but I really love these ones! They fit perfect, they´re comfortable and they look good. My new favorites.
Tomorrow the kids will wake me up early so I´m going to bed now. Just watched "The day the earth stood still" with my parents. It was quite good, not the best, but okay.

Saturday
No egghunt, it´s raining and it sucks. The kids were really looking forward to it so it´s sad.
I´m gonna meet Julia for some shopping and just hang out today. Tomorrow I promsied the kids they could wake me up early to see if the Easterbunny visited our house. Then I also promised Big D that we´re going to watch the new Hannah Montana Movie tomorrow. But it´s going to be fun, she is so excited and to be honest, I wanna se it too :P Haha!
My mom booked hotel in NYC for the summer today. Yeah! I called home today to surprise them and I totally forgot they were having a dinner for a lot of relatives. So I got to speak to grandma, my aunt, by brothers and of course mom and dad! Surprise for me :D
No, let´s go feed the cat :D

Here´s some pictures from today at the Discovery Museum.
I´ve been hanging out a lot with my family the last couple of days. So tomorrow, after the egg hunt, I´m gonna see Julia and do some shopping. I really wanna go to the gym too, so I´m gonna see if I can squeese that in! Otherwise I´ve been doing really good the last two days, and Sunday I´m definitely doing something, don´t know if the gym is open though. Well, that´s Sunday´s problem :P Gonna watch some Beverly Hills now I think. Goodnight!

Friday
Finally Friday again. Time is passing by so fast it´s weird. Today I and the kids went to the discovery museum in Winchester and played for a couple of hours. They loved it and had so much fun. After that of course we had McDonalds, what a surprise :P We´ve also been outside now for a while and played in the park. The kids played and I was just sitting there watching, haha.

Thursday
Another afternoon at the gym it was. Started with 10 min walking for warm up and then I did about 30 min of strength for upper body. Killed myself with push ups and the plank! Finished it all with 20 min cardio on the eliptical. Felt good when I left the gym, exactly how I wanna feel. Thinking about just doing cardio tomorrow and do strenght Saturday and Sunday. If the gym is open during Easter of course. But I think so, they´re always open :P

Quiet time, yeah! And little D is sleeping. Couldn´t be better. Well, actaully they both could be sleeping, but it´s okay. Haha! They´re being nice today. We´ve been going through all of Big D´s clothes and we´ve done some schoolwork. So if it´s nice when little D wakes up we´ll go outside and play for a while.

Wednesday
Just got home from a really hard work out at the gym. 1 hour and 10 min and that was 30 min cardio. I feel really tired now, but I know how good it makes me feel too! I hope I´m sore tomorrow so I can be proud, haha! I´m planning on going the whole week out, Friday, Saturday and Sunday since none of my friends are in town this weekend.
I´ll probably just celebrate Easter with the family and hang out with the kids. I think there´s an egg hunt on Saturday we´re going to.
Gotta jump in the shower now. I´ll try to maybe upload some more pictures from the Cherry Blossom festival later :D

Biggest loser is on TV right now. Good as always. It´s coming closer to the final so it´s exciting!
Today´s been pretty easy, we didn´t do much in the morning, only played in the basement for a while and then after lunch they went away to pick up Anne at the airport and I went to NOVA and bought the books I need for my classes next week.

Weekend with the girls
It´s Monday night, I know I haven´t been writing since Friday, but the weekend´s been busy. Friday was movie with Elin, we saw I love you man which was a really good movie. We laughed a lot :P
Saturday we went shopping at Tyson´s Corner with Julia too, I bought some new flip flops, a bracelet and a pair of sunglasses. Then we ate some soup at Panera bread and after that we watched a movie at Elin´s house. Or Julia watched the movie while I and Elin was sleeping, haha :P It was like "And then she found me", I think that was the name of the movie, really wierd and not good, that´s why we slept.
Sunday we went to DC for the Cherry Blossom festival. The parade had been on Saturday so we didns´t see that, but we saw a lot of people and a lot of Cherry Blossoms! It was so beautiful, pictues will come as soon as I edit them. I have some right now actually.

But he had fever all day and had been laying on the couch most time. But the day was okay, kind of lazy, tomorrow I think we´re heading to the library. Tomorrow night their grandma from Turkey is coming! No, time for some photoshop and then bed.

Work out
I just did the best work out. Not because I killed myself or did for a very long time. But I managed myself to do it and I pushed myself to do a lot. I´m not gonna repeat what I just wrote to Elin but I feel good now at least. What I miss is to do some cardio. For that I have to go to the gym or run outside which I hate!
Thanks Elin for pushing me so hard before, feel so much better now, this week has just been so lazy. Now it´s all better :D

Long Friday
Got a surprise this morning when I woke up. Big D was sick and she had to be home from school, always makes it difficult when you didn´t plan on it. And she is cranky and want us to feel sorry for her, and we should do everything because she´s sick. She got so mad at me for making her put away her plate after breakfast. :P
Right now we´re having quiet time, but it´s almost over so I have to figure out something we can do for a couple of hours. Big D needs to rest though so we´re just gonna take it easy.
Next week it´s spring break and grandma is coming too, se it´s gonna be wild I guess. But that´s just a test of how it´s gonna be this summer. Kids all day long!
Yesterday at Fridays we were so good at the quiz except we screwed up the last question. Damn! We were so close to winning but we failed. At least we had a good time with our friends :D
Tonight I think it´s movie with Elin, if I´m nice maybe she will give it to me! Love you Elin!!! <3

Ice cream
Little D is watching Kai-Lan. The chinese show on TV and he´s eating ice cream. He´s favorite activity, haha! Next up is building a new train track in the basement. Kind of what we do every single day, for some reason he loves his train track more than anything. But he refuses to build it himself, he always needs help :P So cute!
Tonight it´s time for quiz again at Fridays with a bunch of friends. Hope we can do well :) Then tomorrow it´s Friday again, weird how fast the week goes by. On Sunday we´ll go to DC for the Cherry Blossom festival, awesome :D

Wednesday with Elin
I got to see Elin today. Didn´t understand when she walked in through my door how long it was since I actually saw her last time. But I´m happy she´s back. Of course she got to fool me too, since it´s April´s fools day. She said that she wasn´t coming back for the summer which freaked me out until I saw her laughing. But I wasn´t to angry, I like jokes, if they´re nice though, haha!
First she and little A came over and played with me and little D, well, the kids played and I and Elin were drinking coffee :D Then right after my day was over, I went over to her place and we hung out. She was watching her kids and we took them to McDonalds. We didn´t eat there though, Elin ate cereal at home and I ate chicken and noodles :D Yum!
Today´s been a long day, kids all the time and they´ve been talking and talking. But now I can finally sleep, haha. And my hostparents decided that I could start 30 min later tomorrow which means 30 min more sleep, Yes :D

Commerical Break
Sitting on the couch again. Tonight it´s the Biggest Loser, my favorite show, almost :P I just hate the commercial breaks though, can they be more interrupting and annoying. Don´t think so.
Today have been really goood. The kids have been so good I wonder if they´re sick or something and since the weather was so nice I felt much better and happier. My nose is still really bad but at least I took a walk after work to get outside for a little bit. I don´t feel ready to go to the gym yet, but at least I made something which always feels good.
Tomorrow I get to see Elin! Yeah! Missed you girl. It´s actually weird not having Zonny and Maria around anymore. You wanna call them, but realizes, they´re not gonna answer it if you do. And what are they doing in Sweden anyway? Gahh!
It´s only two and a half monts until mom, dad and Tisa comes to visit. That also means New York City again :D
