Another afternoon at the gym it was. Started with 10 min walking for warm up and then I did about 30 min of strength for upper body. Killed myself with push ups and the plank! Finished it all with 20 min cardio on the eliptical. Felt good when I left the gym, exactly how I wanna feel. Thinking about just doing cardio tomorrow and do strenght Saturday and Sunday. If the gym is open during Easter of course. But I think so, they´re always open :P
I think I´m gonna watch some Beverly Hills now! Goodnight
