Hello :)
I´ve just been watching some OTH. It was so sad because one of the caracthers just died. It´s the worst episode to watch, makes you weep like crazy. And think about a lot of things in your life that you should appreciate so much more. Anyway, it has been a pretty good day. Work was nice and I got off at two which I liiike!
Alice got sick though, so we never went to IKEA, instead I took a walk and did some grocery shopping and now I´m going to make some dinner!
I really need some motivation to get going with my workout. I´m feeling very lazy lately and I´m not eating very well and I have feelings of guilt all the time. I just want to be motivated all the time and be able to say no to things. It´s just hard, but I guess writing about it and thinking about it more helps. I´m thinking about going to the gym in the morning before work, just to get some new motivation. For some reason it´s easier to decide the day before what you´re going to do the next!
Now it´s time for some dinner :)
